How to select Boiler Stove?
Solid fuel contains and is divided in to flying particles (gases) and carbon. For the clean and efficient combustion, it needs certain conditions: space, time and high temperature. Solid fuel-wood starts producing gases at +200 C this means pyrolysis process is starting. To burn all the gases, it needs oxygen and high temperature. Some gases need for combustion +700-800 C and above. If the gases do not get a right conditions and enough oxygen they would not fully burn and could just go through chimney to nature.
That means more efficient combustion and better efficiency can be reached when: there is enough oxygen for combustion and when the temperature in the firebox is above +700 C to burn all the gases.
But if we are always cooling down the firebox with water in back-boiler, can the fire reach the right temperatures?
Probably never.

Installation
This recommendation for all types’ solid fuel boilers, stoves with back boilers and stoves with heat exchangers. We are talking before about the efficiency of combustion, but the heat exchanger and installation and all plumbing can be affected the efficiency of the combustion, overall efficiency and boiler or heat exchanger life.
Without mixing valve is not recommended any installation. Mixing valve controls temperature for return water to the boiler ................
Additional information will be coming soon
